BUSSQ Directors

BUSSQ is a regulated industry super fund, which is operated to comply with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993. BUSS(Q)'s Super Fund Number is 268338. BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd is a Registerable Superannuation Entity with Licence Number L0002158. BUSSQ's Registration Number is R1055870. BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL #237860) and is licenced to provide financial advice on superannuation products.

BUSSQ Building Super is managed by a Trustee company, BUSS (Queensland) Pty Ltd (ABN 15 065 081 281).

BUSSQ's Trustee ensures that the super fund is run properly and in the best interests of all super fund members. The Trustee Board has eight Directors:

• Four member representatives, and
• Four employer representatives.

It is the Trustees' responsibility to ensure that our industry super fund works, provides the best returns for fund members and eases the superannuation burden imposed on employers.

Trust Deed governs the operation of BUSSQ and from time to time it may need to be amended. You will be notified of any changes that may adversely affect your superannuation benefits. You may inspect a copy of the Trust Deed on request. Australian Administration Services (AAS) is the fund administrator for BUSSQ.
